What this expert provides
The Risk & Safety expert assesses and documents risk: hazard identification and risk registers with a risk matrix, event and fault trees, loss of life and individual risk against tolerability criteria, dropped objects and fire radiation, and the ALARP case with safety barriers.
Expert Profile
Works from ISO 31000, IEC 31010, ISO 17776, NORSOK Z-013, UK HSE R2P2 and the IMO Formal Safety Assessment guidelines. The engine scores the register, quantifies event trees (PLL, F-N curves) and fault trees (importance), checks individual risk per worker group, and screens dropped-object and fire hazards; it is not a substitute for the safety case or the duty holder's own assessment.
Key Capabilities
- Risk register with matrix scoring and escalation
- Event trees, PLL and F-N curves against criteria
- Fault trees with importance of basic events
- Individual risk per worker group (R2P2 criteria)
- Dropped objects and fire radiation screening
